Yoga for uncertain times
Recent news of national and world events has left me feeling unsettled and anxious.
The terrible tornado in Nashville, the spread of the coronavirus, the upcoming election and the 10+ inches of rain we've received this past month have left me feeling worried and blue.
That's when I pull out my yoga mat and rely on my practice to get me through the discomfort and anxiety I am feeling. After my many years of practice and teaching, I know that I'll begin to feel more grounded and stable and my mood will become more upbeat.
