Wednesday Wellness: Yoga and Journal Writing
I've recently started back to journal writing as a way to move through the pathways of my mind where I had become stuck. My journal, like my yoga, has helped me to be more aware of where I am in the present moment, as well as help me to move through the knots or blocks in my thinking.
