How to ground yourself in uncertain times
The last traditional yoga class I taught at the studio was Saturday morning. Everyone, myself included, was feeling a bit anxious about the recent Covid-19 news and you could feel that nervous energy in the room. I lead the class in a grounding yoga practice which helped to settle that uneasy energy we all were feeling.
With classes at the studio suspended for the time being, I thought I'd share some of the other tools you can use to ground yourself when you might be feeling unsure.
