With more than 20 years of teaching experience around the Atlanta Metro Area, Cherri McCallister wanted to create a local studio to share her practice with others in her community. In 2013, with support from her family and clients she opened breathe.yoga studio in Chamblee.
breathe.yoga welcomes those of all levels and offers a variety of classes aimed at promoting the strengthening of both mind and body.
Hatha yoga is the traditional practice of asanas (yoga postures) & pranayama (breathing exercises), which help relax the mind & body. This practice prepares the student for deeper relaxation & meditation.
Gentle Yoga is a slower & relaxing Hatha practice. This is a good class attend if you are new to yoga or have an injury or physical limitation.
Prenatal Yoga helps keep your body healthy & toned & helps calm your mind. This yoga practice connects you to your growing baby & helps ease the discomforts of your prenatal journey. For women 13 weeks & over.
Yin Yoga class uses long-held, passive poses that mainly work the lower part of the body to help release connective tissues. The poses are held for several minutes.
