breathe.yoga studio is dedicated to to building a healthy mind and body. We offer Yoga, Pilates and QiGong/Tai Chi classes for students of all ages and skill levels. Our smaller class size allows for individual attention and support with a long term goal of improving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Hatha yoga is the traditional practice of asanas (yoga postures) & pranayama (breathing exercises), which help relax the mind & body. This practice prepares the student for deeper relaxation & meditation.
